In a period of constant social upheaval, armed conflicts, economic uncertainty, and rapid technological development, Gen Z is aware of the challenges and the growing sense of insecurity, and is striving to create a space for self-protection and self-care. Unlike in the past, young people today speak openly about mental health and, in fact, do not hesitate to seek help from professionals. If one looks back, it’s easy to recall that the phrase “I want to see a psychologist” was often met with embarrassment, as was the well-known stereotype that “only crazy people go to a psychologist.” Today, however, this perception is increasingly being challenged by young people.
