George Pamporidis’s father, Dr. Panagiotis Pamporidis, has passed away at the age of 95.
In a post, the former minister and current member of Parliament bids farewell to his father. “You lived a difficult but fulfilling life, fighting to shape it the way you wanted, and you succeeded as few others have, reaching nearly 96 with remarkable clarity of mind right until the end,” he writes.
“To us, your children, you were the greatest and best teacher of life, and you instilled in us values such as honor, love, humanity, and friendship. Thank you for everything. Have a safe journey, Dad! Give Mom a kiss for us.”
