Shortly after 7:15 p.m., the traffic lane on the Limassol-Paphos highway—which had been closed just past the tunnel—was reopened, due to a traffic accident that occurred early Friday afternoon.

The lane remained closed for over four hours, and one person was injured in the accident and taken to the hospital.
