Quantities of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) were discovered and seized last night at properties in the Famagusta district during an operation by the Drug Enforcement Agency (YKAN).
Specifically, a total of 719 ampoules of nitrous oxide and three canisters were found and seized at three properties, while a small amount of cocaine was found and seized at a fourth property.

The operation was carried out by members of the Drug Enforcement Agency (YKAN), accompanied by members of the Special Anti-Drug Unit (MMAD). During the operation, searches were conducted at a total of seven premises (nightclubs and a kiosk) in the Famagusta district.
