New video footage of the four burglars in action in Paphos has come to light.
The new video, published by Pafos Press, shows the suspects getting off a motorcycle and smashing the entrance to a pharmacy by kicking it and throwing objects at it.
After snatching the money from the cash register, they hop back on the motorcycle just one minute later and speed away.
As reported by Alpha’s Paphos correspondent, Kostas Nanos, on the station’s main newscast, the four young men, whose faces were covered, committed ten break-ins between 3:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.: three gas stations, three pharmacies, two small supermarkets, and two kiosks, all located in different areas of the city of Paphos.
Specifically, the burglars struck at locations in Tala, Kato Paphos, Emba, Chloraka, and Pegeia, stealing goods and cash totaling €4,000.

What the Authorities Believe
According to Kostas Nanos, authorities believe the youths’ actions are linked to a police operation that took place earlier on Friday evening in the Mouttalos area. The operation was a follow-up to other operations being carried out in the area following the violent attack on delivery workers.
Specifically, it is believed that the youths carried out these actions in response to the attack.
