Work on the creation of the new Pediatric Surgery Department at Makareio Hospital has been completed, while upgrades are continuing in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the Pediatric Emergency Department, the Obstetrics Departments, the Pediatric Wards, and the Thalassemia Center, the OKYPY announced.
The announcement states that the projects aim to continuously improve infrastructure and care conditions, and emphasizes that the upgrades are part of an ongoing effort to modernize, with the projects being implemented based on the needs arising from daily operations and the provision of care.
