The perpetrators’ goal is to obtain citizens’ personal and banking information.

We urge the public not to share personal information with others and to verify the identity and credentials of anyone who contacts them, through the official customer support channels of banking institutions.

In cases where citizens have disclosed their personal and banking information, they should immediately notify their bank to prevent unauthorized use.
