The Department of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Environment is issuing a call for expressions of interest from legal entities or individuals for the purpose of leasing a building to meet the immediate housing needs of the District Nicosia Agricultural Office.

The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

In the event of a lease, it may be for a period of five (5) years with the right of extension by the Lessee (Department of Agriculture) for two (2) additional periods, two (2) years each.

The building must be ready for handover no later than the end of February 2027 or according to another schedule to be agreed upon by the contracting parties.

The space required to house the Nicosia District Agricultural Office should have an area of approximately 650 square meters.
