Torrential rains are falling in the mountainous region of the Limassol district, while visibility on the road network is limited due to dense fog, according to a police statement.

At the same time, landslides and rockfalls are occurring at various points along the road network, particularly on the Platres–Troodos, Amiantos–Troodos, and Kalo Chorio–Zoopigi.

Drivers are urged to be especially cautious, drive at low speeds, and maintain a safe distance from vehicles ahead.

Additionally, in the Platanias area of the Nicosia District, mud has accumulated on the road, making driving hazardous. Drivers are urged to exercise extra caution when passing through the area.

Road conditions are being monitored continuously, and the public will be kept informed of any developments.
