A scheduled interruption in the drinking water supply is currently underway today, Tuesday, in areas of the Livadia Municipal District in Larnaca, due to work to improve the water supply network.
According to the Larnaca Water Authority, water service is expected to be restored by 3:00 p.m., and affected residents are urged to use their stored water wisely.
It is reported that “the outage will affect areas around Grigoris Afxentiou and Kyriakos Matsis avenues, as well as Kerkyra, Teukros Anthia, Solonos, Pavlos Liasides, and neighboring streets.”
Consumers “are urged to be particularly careful in their water usage so that they can meet their needs using the water stored in their private property tanks.”
The Larnaca Water Authority “apologizes for any inconvenience caused to consumers.”
