A seasonal low-pressure system is affecting the region.
Today, the weather will be mostly clear, but early in the morning, locally increased low-level cloud cover is likely. However, in the afternoon, cloud cover will increase, possibly bringing isolated showers or even thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains. Winds will initially be variable, light at 3 Beaufort, gradually shifting to southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate at 3 to 4 Beaufort, and temporarily along the southern coast, reaching strong at 5 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly rough. Temperatures will reach 41 degrees inland, 32 on the western coast, around 35 along the rest of the coast, and 30 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
In the evening, the weather will be mostly clear, but in the early morning hours, locally increased low clouds and light fog are likely to form. Winds will gradually shift to northwesterly to northeasterly, and on the northern coasts to southeasterly, light at 3 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will drop to around 24 degrees inland and along the coast, and to 19 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, the weather will be mostly clear, but there will be periods of increased cloud cover in some areas.
Temperatures will gradually rise slightly, reaching levels above the seasonal averages.
