Police are investigating a robbery case involving a 21-year-old food delivery driver, which took place early this morning in Limassol.
According to the evidence under review, around 1 a.m., while the 21-year-old was driving a car in Limassol, he was approached by three unknown individuals riding scooters. The three perpetrators then blocked the 21-year-old’s path; after opening the driver’s door, they pulled him out of the car and beat him. The suspects then stole €1,800 from the car’s glove compartment and fled in an unknown direction.

The 21-year-old was transported by ambulance to Limassol General Hospital, where he was found to have facial injuries; after receiving first aid, he was subsequently discharged.
The Limassol Traffic Police are continuing their investigation.
