There have been new developments in the case of the three-year-old child who lost his life after falling from a fourth-floor hotel window in Paphos.
The father’s attorney sent a letter to Police Headquarters, requesting his immediate conditional release. As he states, his detention is further exacerbating his psychological state following the tragic loss of his child.
“His only concern is to be released so that he and his wife can inform their 5-year-old daughter about the death of their 3-year-old son, to whom they have so far only said that their son is in the hospital. His continued detention is exacerbating his already severe psychological distress as well as that of his family.”
