Police are investigating a robbery case involving a 38-year-old woman, which took place today in Larnaca.

According to the evidence under review, at around 6 a.m. today, while the 38-year-old woman was walking down a street in Larnaca, she was approached by two individuals riding a moped.

According to the complaint, the passenger stole the victim’s purse, which contained €30, her personal documents, and other items, while she fell to the ground and was injured. The perpetrators then fled the scene.

The 38-year-old went to Larnaca General Hospital, where it was determined that she had minor abrasions and friction burns on her arm and leg; after receiving first aid, she was discharged.

The Larnaca Traffic Police are continuing their investigation.
