The fire that broke out at 10:25 a.m. to the left of the Limassol–Paphos highway, just past the Pissouri exit, has been brought under control.
According to the Fire Department, the fire burned an area of two decares of dry grass and wild vegetation.

Five fire trucks from the Limassol District Fire Stations responded to extinguish the fire, with the support of a fire truck from the British Bases.
