The Pedieos River overflowed due to the severe weather conditions that have been affecting Cyprus in recent hours, resulting in flooded roads, which had to be closed to traffic.
According to the Municipality of Strovolos, due to the severe weather, the bridge on Alexandroupolis Street has overflowed and the road has been cut off.

Drivers are urged not to use Alexandroupolis Street and to choose alternative routes for their own safety.
