A weak high-pressure system is affecting the region, while a weak low-pressure system is expected starting Sunday.
Today, the weather will start out mostly clear, but after noon, there will be increased cloud cover in some areas, which may bring brief, isolated showers in the mountains. Winds will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly choppy. Temperatures will reach around 31 degrees inland, along the southern and eastern coasts, around 29 degrees along the western and northern coasts, and 20 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
Tonight, there will be periods of increased cloud cover. Winds will be mainly light northwesterly to northeasterly, 3 Beaufort, and the sea will be calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will drop to 19 degrees inland, around 20 degrees along the coast, and 11 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, there will be intermittent periods of increased local cloud cover, which is expected to bring isolated showers or even thunderstorms during the midday hours, mainly in the mountains, the interior, and the north.
Temperatures on Sunday are not expected to change significantly and will remain close to average seasonal values, while on Monday they will drop slightly. On Tuesday, they will remain at the same levels.
