The tragic news of the death of 30-year-old Giorgos Georgiou, who was killed in a traffic accident on the Keliou-Troulon road while riding his high-displacement motorcycle.

In a statement, the Larnaca Motorcycle Association (EOA) said it “mourns the loss of one of our own.”
“George Georgiou was a worthy and beloved colleague, a young family man who stood out for his character, hard work, and dedication. His loss fills us with deep sorrow. During these difficult times, our thoughts are above all with his wife, his two children, and his entire family.”
Angelos Hatzicharalambous, President of the Larnaca EOA, states that “On behalf of the Larnaca EOA and personally, I express my sincere condolences and wish his loved ones strength and courage.”
“The Organization’s Board of Directors will, at its meeting, make decisions in memory of our colleague who was taken from us too soon, which will be announced subsequently. Rest in peace, George.”
