A body has been recovered from among the 20 people missing in the Kyrenia shipwreck, according to an announcement by the “prime minister” of the pseudo-state, Ünal Ustel.
In his remarks, Ustel said that “the body of one of our 20 people has been recovered,” adding that the body was transported to a hospital in occupied Nicosia for identification.
The “prime minister” stated that the deceased was identified as a man, approximately 50 years old, and added that the search operations will continue around the clock, seven days a week.
