In her remarks, Ms. Papaellina noted that the Deputy Ministry of Social Welfare recognizes that achieving meaningful social progress requires collaboration, especially at a time when social challenges are becoming increasingly complex.

As she pointed out, corporate social responsibility is no longer an optional choice or a supplementary activity for businesses, but an integral part of modern business operations and a key pillar for sustainable development, social cohesion, and the strengthening of trust between businesses and citizens.

She added that responsible entrepreneurship can serve as a catalyst for creating opportunities, combating inequalities, and promoting equality, accessibility, and social inclusion.
