Anytime, the digital brand of the Interamerican Group, a member of Achmea, has agreed to acquire Gan Direct’s auto and property portfolio in Cyprus, thereby further strengthening its momentum and solidifying its position in the Cypriot market. With this strategic move, Anytime will further strengthen its presence as one of Cyprus’s leading insurers, while for Gan Direct, it marks the beginning of a new phase of growth, with a greater emphasis on specialization and high-value-added insurance services.

Gan Direct Insurance has built a strong reputation as the first direct insurance company, offering customers the ability to access insurance directly. George Nikolaidis, CEO of Gan Direct Insurance, stated: “I founded Gan Direct more than 30 years ago with the goal of making insurance simpler, more direct, and fairer for customers in Cyprus. The acquisition of the portfolio is subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities and the procedures required by law.
