Capital.com, the global online trading platform, brought together colleagues from its offices around the world for Capital.com Week 2026, held in London. The event marked the tenth anniversary of the company’s founding in Cyprus in 2016 and was the second Capital.com Week, following its inaugural event in Dubai in 2025.
Capital.com Week has been established as an annual event aimed at bringing the company’s global workforce together in one place, at a stage in the company’s growth where it now operates with more than 1,200 employees and seven regulated entities in more than 150 countries, having started a decade ago with a single office in Cyprus. The event gives colleagues from different offices and functions the opportunity to meet in person, hear directly from company leadership, and participate in joint activities over the course of the two days.
This year’s program focused on Capital.com’s new brand identity and the promise that goes with it: providing products and services designed to help clients make better decisions. The sessions also covered how the company’s growth proceeds in tandem with regulatory approvals in every market where it operates, reflecting the central role the regulatory framework plays in how the business operates, as well as plans for the coming year, workshops, and social activities for colleagues. The feedback gathered after the first Capital.com Week in Dubai directly shaped this year’s agenda. The week concluded with an evening at the Natural History Museum and a garden party at Syon Park.
Commenting on Capital.com Week 2026, Viktor Prokopenya, Founder of Capital.com, stated:
“When we launched this company in Cyprus ten years ago, we wanted to create a more level playing field and give more people access to financial markets. That need still exists, although it has taken on a different form. Information is now everywhere, and access alone is only half the picture. The other half is the clarity needed to turn that information into a decision that you understand and can stand behind. This is what we discussed at this year’s Capital.com Week, and this is the direction in which we’re steering the company moving forward.”
Capital.com Week is part of the company’s broader approach to building a connected corporate culture across its international workforce, which spans offices in Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Poland, Italy, Bulgaria, the Bahamas, the UAE, and Australia. In Cyprus, where the company was founded, employees participate throughout the year in local initiatives, including the Capital.com Running Challenge and the Limassol Marathon, as well as an internship program launched for the first time in Cyprus with the aim of developing local talent. In 2025, the company received Great Place to Work certification and was recognized as a Top Employer in Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, and Poland, and was included in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 list for the Middle East and Cyprus for the third consecutive year.
Capital.com Week is now a well-established annual event. The planning for future events will continue to be shaped based on feedback gathered from colleagues after each event.
