Government Spokesperson Mr. Konstantinos Letympiotis referred today to the Cabinet’s decision to appoint the new Board of Directors of DEFA.
Speaking to reporters at the Presidential Palace following the conclusion of the Cabinet meeting, Mr. Letympiotis said that “The Cabinet decided today, in accordance with Article 3 of the Law on Certain Legal Entities under Public Law, to appoint the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Members of the Board of Directors of the Public Natural Gas Corporation (DEPA).

The Board of Directors will consist of: Mr. Georgios Pistentis as Chairman and Mr. Paris Konstantinou as Vice Chairman, and the following members: Mr. Thomas Sepo, Konstantinos Danos, Kyriakos Stylianou, Dr. Nikos Solomos, Konstantinos Pittas, Andreas Zachariadis, who is the Director General of the Ministry of Finance, and Kyriakos Iordanou, Director General of the Ministry of Energy, Trade, and Industry.”
