Garbis & Schinas: New Statement on the Legal Dispute – The Supreme Court, the Seizures, and the 60,000 euros

The legal dispute between Kaiti Garbi, Dionysis Schinas, and businessman Yiannis Tsakoumakos, following a new statement from the law firm representing the latter.

At the center of the dispute is the refund of advance payments totaling 60,000 euros for artistic performances that never took place, as well as the legal proceedings in the case, which have reached the Supreme Court.
