Two weeks after the sudden and untimely death of the beloved Greek singer, Giorgos Mazonakis, interest in the case remains high, as new information continues to emerge regarding the circumstances that led to his death.
The beloved singer passed away on September 9, at the age of 54, following a cardiac arrest he suffered during a plasma exchange/ozone therapy procedure at a private clinic in Kolonaki.

Since then, a judicial investigation has been underway to determine the exact causes of his death. In connection with the case, two doctors have been arrested and remanded in custody, facing charges of manslaughter with possible intent.
