The Community of Saint Luke the Physician is organizing a wonderful initiative for a particularly important cause, inviting the public to a charity dinner to be held on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 8:00 p.m., at the China Spice restaurant on Montparnasse Street in Egkomi.
The event aims to support the Community’s important work and its efforts to establish services that can provide meaningful care, support, and a better quality of life for people with disabilities.
Specifically, the initiative seeks to establish day care, therapies, short-term stays, and supported living, creating a space where everyone can receive the care and support they need.
An Evening with a Special Guest
The event is held under the auspices of the Deputy Minister of Social Welfare, Ms. Tina Pavlou, who will attend the event and deliver a brief address.
More than just a dinner, this is an opportunity to inform and raise awareness about an issue that affects society as a whole. Through this initiative, the Community of Saint Luke the Physician seeks to involve even more people in its work and to strengthen efforts to establish the necessary infrastructure.
The Power of Giving
With the central message “Love in Action,” the Community invites the public to become part of an effort that is not limited to a single evening but aims to create something with a meaningful and long-lasting impact.
Supporting this event is a tangible contribution to the vision of a society where people with disabilities will have access to care, therapy, accommodation, and supported living, within an environment that respects their needs and dignity.
The ticket price is €45, of which €16 will be donated to the Community of Saint Luke the Physician.
