The reason was a man who appeared at a San Francisco Giants game for the traditional first pitch. Wearing a “Top Gun” pilot’s uniform, with the signature smile and facial expressions associated with Tom Cruise, he managed to create the impression that the Hollywood star himself was at the stadium.
