A 16-year-old girl filed a complaint at the Thebes Police Station, alleging that she had been raped by two individuals.
According to the minor’s statement, the incident took place at her home, where a 15-year-old boy and another unidentified individual were staying.

According to reports, the girl—who, like the two accused, is of Roma ethnicity— told the police that the 15-year-old and the other person took her into a room, pinned her legs down, and raped her.
Following the complaint, the police officers handling the case requested that the 16-year-old undergo a forensic medical examination.
