A search and rescue operation is currently underway in the waters north of Kyllini, following the capsizing of a speedboat and reports that the operator is missing.

The relevant authorities were mobilized after the boat capsized, with the Coast Guard coordinating the operation through the Joint Search and Rescue Coordination Center (EKSE).
Two Coast Guard vessels are currently participating in the operation, while a Hellenic Air Force helicopter is providing aerial support in an effort to locate the missing operator.
The search is being coordinated by EKSEED and is in full swing, though no further information has been released so far regarding the circumstances under which the speedboat capsized.
