According to reports, the Council of Misdemeanor Judges has requested the 32nd Regular Investigating Magistrate, who is investigating the circumstances of the singer’s death inside the medical office on Karneadou Street during a bloodletting procedure.
By lifting the confidentiality order, the phone calls and messages exchanged by the individuals involved are expected to come to light and be included in the case file, as well as the exact times and durations of these communications.
According to reports, the relevant decision by the Misdemeanor Court is expected to be issued next week.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that the two doctors in pretrial detention, Ilias Theodoropoulos and Ioanna Gaka, will ultimately not file an appeal with the Misdemeanor Council against the warrant for their pretrial detention. Moreover, the deadline for filing such an appeal expires today. According to the same sources, the defense team for the two doctors will wait for the investigation to be supplemented with new evidence.
Subsequently, and provided the defense deems that the conditions are met, it is possible that by the end of October they will request that the doctor’s pretrial detention be replaced with electronic monitoring at home.
