Yiannis Glykas, the attorney for hypnotherapist Nasos Komianos, was called upon to provide explanations regarding his collaboration with Ioanna Gaka, as well as his role in the case of Giorgos Mazonakis’s death, Yiannis Glykas, to provide explanations regarding his collaboration with Ioanna Gaka and his role in the case of Giorgos Mazonakis’s death, following his client’s testimony before the investigating judge yesterday.

Speaking this morning on the program “Society: Mega Hour,” Mr. Glykas stated that Komianos had no connection to the bloodletting procedures performed at the Kolonaki clinic and was not linked to the singer’s death, while also referring to the agreement between them, under which he received 40 euros for every client he referred to Ioanna Gaka.

“Over the past year, they had been collaborating more closely. The only thing I’ve read is that for every client she (Ioanna Gaka) referred to him, he received 40 euros. I am referring to the official contract that exists. It has nothing to do with plasmapheresis; he doesn’t know what that is,” the hypnotherapist’s attorney stated emphatically.

The lawyer emphasized that his client testified as a witness and not as a defendant, noting that his presence in the case file relates to a scheduled appointment he had with George Mazonakis after the day in question.

“He was a witness yesterday. There’s a big difference between a witness and a defendant. Let’s be cautious in our assessments. He’s not connected to Giorgos Mazonakis’s death. He’s not directing anything, nor is he involved,” he noted.

He added: “The only point of interest is why, after that fateful Wednesday, after the meeting with the defendant, the deceased had an appointment with him for something completely different that has nothing to do with bloodletting, nothing to do with hydrotherapy. He had an appointment for hypnotherapy.”

Regarding the photo of Giorgos Mazonakis during the plasmapheresis procedure, which Ioanna Gaka had sent to Nasos Komianos, she noted: “It was a way of letting him know that the procedure was coming to an end. The defendant hadn’t realized that things weren’t going well.”

“There was a scheduled appointment to take her medical history. Hypnotherapy could not have taken place if other issues hadn’t been resolved beforehand—issues I cannot discuss publicly,” he said regarding the meeting his client was to have with Giorgos Mazonakis.
