A 35-year-old man in Thessaloniki set fire to his brother's wife's car

Together with an accomplice, they broke the vehicle's window, threw flammable material inside, and set it on fire

A shocking arson case was solved by police officers from the Kordelio-Evosmos Criminal Investigation Division.

Specifically, police authorities filed charges against a 35-year-old man who, along with another individual who is still at large, approached a car belonging to his brother’s wife last Friday (July 10) in the Evosmos area, approached a car belonging to his brother’s wife, smashed the vehicle’s window, and then, after pouring a flammable liquid inside, set it on fire.

The case file compiled against the 35-year-old will be submitted to the competent judicial authorities, while police investigations continue to identify and locate the second person who participated in the attack, as well as to determine the perpetrators’ exact motives.
