Serious criminal charges have been filed against the seven individuals arrested in connection with the violent incident in Kallithea, in which a 15-year-old child was killed.

They have been charged, as applicable, with:

• Murder with malice aforethought.
• A brawl involving individuals who used a weapon, resulting in death and serious bodily injury.
• Serious bodily injury committed in concert and on multiple occasions.
• Illegal possession and use of a firearm

All offenses were committed in a sports-related context.

Following the indictment, the defendants were brought before an investigating judge, from whom they are expected to request and be granted a deadline.
