The Athens Public Prosecutor’s Office for First Instance today filed a very serious criminal indictment for endangerment resulting in death through complicity, a felony offense, were filed today by the Athens First Instance Prosecutor’s Office against the couple of doctors whom Giorgos Mazonakis had visited.
Following the filing of the charges, the two defendants will be brought before an investigating judge. They are expected to request and be granted a deadline to prepare their defense in the case.
