An 18-year-old girl in Patras reported that her 49-year-old teacher had been in a relationship with her from the time she was 14 until she was 17.
As she told authorities, the 49-year-old was not only her teacher at school but also gave her private lessons at her home, during which time he had urged her to send him nude photos and videos of herself.

This material was found on the 49-year-old’s cell phone, leading to his arrest and a charge related to child sexual abuse material.
It should be noted that during his questioning by police, he did not deny having a relationship with the girl, claiming, however, that he was in love with her and that this was the reason he entered into the relationship.
Today, as reported by ERT, he is expected to be brought before the prosecutor.
