The bloody incident was witnessed by terrified residents.

Neighbors report hearing a brief but intense altercation, which prompted many to go out into the street or onto their balconies to see what was happening, only to find the young man covered in blood.

A neighbor who was at the scene from the very beginning gave a harrowing account of what she witnessed. As she told the Orange Press Agency, “There was a kid there—maybe 16 years old or so; he’s young.” She expressed the view that “it’s a matter of fan rivalries, you know,” claiming that a group of fans “stabbed him in the stomach, and we think he’s dead.”

The eyewitness explained that she was right next to the victim.

“I was there. I was with them there. I was walking with my husband and my baby, and we saw the guys running,” she noted. Describing the dramatic moments that followed, she emphasized: “We saw him on the street covered in blood, you understand. We tried to help him, but… For about 5 to 10 minutes we tried to help him, but then he lost consciousness.” She also noted that “the police arrived quickly, but the ambulance took a long time—maybe even more than half an hour.”

Regarding how the incident began, the neighbor noted:

“No, no, I didn’t hear anything, but the neighbor was sitting out on the balcony and they heard a minor altercation. They heard a guy screaming.” Immediately after the scream, the neighbors reacted: “They went out, saw the guys running, and he had already fallen onto the street, covered in blood.”

Finally, the witness confirmed that the perpetrators tried to dispose of the murder weapon before fleeing. “The police also found the knife there; they had thrown it into an old building. They threw the knife away and ran off,” she concluded.
