A group of four people is alleged to have carried out a spate of thefts at a supermarket in western Thessaloniki, who carried out a total of 16 heists in just 26 days.
According to the police, three of the alleged perpetrators were arrested—two Greek nationals and one foreign national (aged 22, 35, and 33, respectively)—while the fourth suspect (a 42-year-old Greek national) is still at large.

As announced by the Hellenic Police operating in different groups each time and using a private vehicle, the four suspects are alleged to have been active from August 1 through August 26 in Kordelio, Evosmos, Stavroupoli, Neapoli, Pefka, and Oreokastro.
They targeted 15 supermarkets and a convenience store, from which they stole goods with a total value of over 4,000 euros and 110 euros in cash. At the same time, they caused damage amounting to more than 16,000 euros.
