The death of the infant found yesterday in an apartment in Kypseli is being attributed to a criminal act, according to the findings of the forensic examination conducted by Symeon Mesogitis.
The medical examiner identified at least 10 stab wounds of varying sizes on the child’s back, and the case is being treated as infanticide.

According to current assessments, the baby was born and then murdered. However, it has not been possible to determine with certainty either the infant’s age or the time of death.
