The final "goodbye" to Vaya Nestora, who lost her life following the arson attack on the apartment building where her family lived in Thessaloniki, according to her family members, relatives, and friends.
The funeral service is being held at the Church of St. Nicholas in Kozani. Burial will follow at the St. George Cemetery in Kozani.

Earlier, the body of Vagia Nestora arrived at the Church of Saint Nicholas in Kozani, where the funeral service will be held. Numerous wreaths in her memory have already been delivered to the church.

Vagia Nestora’s daughter, Aphrodite, will be transported to the church at her own expense in a private ambulance to say goodbye to her mother, as she has remained hospitalized at Papanikolaou Hospital until today.
The funeral service will be attended by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the president of PASOK–KINAL, Nikos Androulakis, and representatives of the Greek Left Coalition and SYRIZA.
Representing the Hellenic Police (ELAS) will be Press Officer Theoni Koufonikolakou, and representing SYRIZA will be Kozani MP Kalliopi Vetta.
Her husband, Panagiotis Nestoras, arrived at the church earlier.
