An unbelievable incident occurred on Thursday morning (July 16) in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, when a man, who was wanted on a felony warrant, was running to escape the police.
According to CBS, officers from the Los Angeles Police Department spotted the suspect around 7:20 a.m. They initially tried to communicate with him, but to no avail. A foot chase then ensued. During the chase, according to police, the man ran toward the ocean and began swimming away from shore. He reached fairly deep water.

Eventually, two lifeguards on surfboards managed to surround him and subdue him. Two hours after the initial foot chase, authorities managed to pull the man out of the water and arrest him.
