Yemen's pro-Iranian Houthi rebels accused Saudi Arabia on Friday of carrying out 94 airstrikes on the country and its capital, Sana'a, over the past 24 hours.
These operations “resulted in casualties, deaths, and injuries,” said the rebels’ spokesman, Yahya Shari, without specifying the exact number. Three powerful explosions were heard on Thursday night, according to Agence France-Presse correspondents in the Yemeni capital, which is controlled by the Houthis.
For its part, the coalition led by Saudi Arabia, which is fighting the Houthis, stated on Friday that it had intercepted and destroyed three ballistic missiles launched by pro-Iranian rebels toward the southern city of Hamis Min Saudi Arabia.
