According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the Russian capital’s air defense system intercepted more than 600 drones heading toward Moscow, while approximately 200 of them were shot down.
For his part, the governor of the Moscow Region, Andrei Vorobyov, said it was “one of the largest drone attacks in recent years,” adding that six people were injured in the area.
