Iran will not reopen the Strait of Hormuz until its conditions are met and U.S. commitments are fulfilled, Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bayar Galibaf said today, according to the semi-official Fars News Agency.
Iran must fight and negotiate, Galibaf said, adding that Tehran will use military force to repel its enemies and diplomacy to consolidate gains on the battlefield when the time is right.
