The mayor of the Ukrainian capital, Vitali Klitschko, reported that the strikes sparked fires in two neighborhoods of the city. So far, there are no reports of casualties in Kyiv.
Three Dead in Brovary
At the same time, at least three people were killed by Russian strikes in Brovary, located a few kilometers northeast of Kyiv.
“Three people were killed, including a child,” said Timur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv military administration, via Telegram.
Three other people were injured, and damage was reported in three neighborhoods of the city.
Tkachenko did not specify whether the deadly strikes in Brovary were carried out with missiles or drones.
