Ministerial Decision: This will be the new Deputy Chief of the National Guard as of January 1, 2027

Lieutenant General Neophytos Pachoulidis's term of office has been extended until the end of the year

At its meeting today, the Council of Ministers decided to extend the term of office of the Deputy Commander of the National Guard, Lieutenant General Neophytos Pachoulides, until December 31, 2026.

At the same time, the Council of Ministers decided to appoint Major General Haris Georgiou to the position of Deputy Commander of the National Guard, effective January 1, 2027.
