Following the swearing-in ceremony and the handover ceremonies, the Cabinet will convene in its new composition, with its first order of business appearing to be the approval of the appointments of the chairpersons and members of the boards of semi-governmental organizations.
According to reports, President Christodoulides received the recommendations of the Advisory Council, following the prescribed procedure; the names of those nominated for the positions—who expressed interest by submitting the relevant application—are now being reviewed by the Cabinet.
