The financial disclosure statements of current Members of Parliament for 2026 were republished on the House of Representatives’ website on Wednesday afternoon.
In a statement on Tuesday, the House of Representatives had announced that all former, newly elected, and re-elected members of the House had submitted the required statements of their personal and professional assets, which the House’s Services would post on the relevant website in stages.
Subsequently, it was discovered that, due to an oversight, portions of the declarations had been posted that the law did not require to be published; consequently, the declarations were temporarily removed from the website.
On Wednesday afternoon, the majority of the declarations were published on the Parliament’s website. By 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, the disclosures for 53 of the 56 Members of Parliament had been posted, with those of Michalis Kounounis, Michalis Paraskevas, and Dimitris Souglis still pending publication.
