Meeting with the President, Nikos Christodoulides, in anticipation of the upcoming meetings in New York on the Cyprus issue, was requested by the former President of the Democratic Rally, Mr. Averof Neophytou.
As he states in his announcement, he has repeatedly declared that our national problem is, as far as he is concerned, “above all else.”

“In what may be the final effort regarding the Cyprus issue, I am doing everything I can to move toward a solution,” he emphasized, reiterating that “if the President reaches a strategic agreement on the Cyprus issue,” he will stand by his side.
