Generosity meets creativity at Wish for the Stars, the charitable initiative launched 13 years ago by Yiallourides & Partners LTD Chartered Accountants, transforming corporate social responsibility into a collective experience of participation and giving. Instead of a conventional charity event, the company’s management and staff chose to take an active role, dedicating their personal time and effort. The success of the first event, as well as the joy that arose from this collective effort, turned the idea into an annual tradition.

To bring the events to life and achieve the best possible outcome, the volunteer contributions of professionals who support the preparations and generously share their knowledge and talent are invaluable. Among them are Niovi Spyridaki of Character Acting Studio by Niovi Spyridaki, Eva Messi of the Maria Messi Dance School, actress Christiana Artemiou, and Cyprus College.

Over time, Wish for the Stars has joined forces with Patrikios Pavlou & Associates, Amicorp (Cyprus), Iconix Corporate Services, Pafilia, Kipos tis Edem, and Columbia Ship Management, while this year, KEO and the Andrey and Julia Dashin’s Foundation are participating in the initiative for the first time. Companies and contributors give selflessly, with great love, contributing significantly to the success of the event, which last year raised a net total of €167,000.

Each year, the event has a different theme, which keeps attendees’ interest undiminished. This year’s title is “Romeo & Juliet with a twist!” and blends the timeless story of Romeo and Juliet with modern songs and choreography, which will be presented on stage by the participating companies, with the unique narration of Christiana Artemiou. The finale of the evening will be performed by Ilias Vrettos and his orchestra, bringing to a close a night filled with music, creativity, and generosity.

This year’s event will take place on November 28, 2026, at Monte Caputo, in support of the “One Dream, One Wish,” which supports children with cancer and related illnesses and operates under the patronage of the President of the Republic, Mr. Nikos Christodoulides.

Admission tickets start at €45 and include food and drinks. For more information and reservations, call 25 443132.
