Amid music, flowers, and deep emotion, Bonnie Tyler’s relatives, friends, colleagues, and fans said their final “goodbye” to her in her hometown in Wales.
The legendary singer, who passed away in July at the age of 75, was laid to rest on Monday, August 17, at Swansea Minster, with hundreds of people gathering outside the church to pay their respects. The most memorable moment was when the choir Only Men Aloud performed the iconic “Total Eclipse of the Heart,” one of the songs most closely associated with her career and her distinctive husky voice.
